Saleng of the Galaxy

Saleng of the Galaxy is a problem based activity that integrates environmental studies with STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) to create "STEEM" where the additional E stands for environmental studies. Students are tasked with transporting waste to different stars in the galaxy with the help of Mojobot. Through coding, students plan the routes of waste collection and delivery for each type of garbage. This activity was developed with Saleng 4.0 and Project Lab. 

The storyline and maps can be changed up to increase or decrease the difficulty of the game and to keep the it interesting. Click here for the templates.
